Handler's professional career started as part of the all-female Oxygen Television cast of the hidden camera comedy series Girls Behaving Unreasonably. From 2002 to 2005, the show was aired. The handler began to appear in other shows such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began her journey as a correspondent for The Tonight Show. Her breakthrough came in 2006 when she was able to host her own show on E! the show was titled The Chelsea Show. Chelsea Handler's Show ran for 2 seasons.
